Legal Intern Training & Recruitment Program

SaigonLex Law Firm is launching its Legal Internship Program to provide final-year law students and recent law graduates with access to a professional legal practice environment and practical case-handling skills.

1. Internship Scope

• Support research on legal regulations, subordinate decrees, and cassation decisions of the Supreme People's Court.
• Participate in categorizing, organizing, and digitizing case files across civil, criminal, commercial, and property litigation.
• Practice drafting procedural templates: Powers of attorney, document extraction requests, legal petition briefs, and standard contract templates.
• Accompany Partner Lawyers to submit applications at business registration authorities, notary offices, and various court levels.

2. Selection Criteria

• Third-year or final-year law students, or recent graduates in Law (Civil Law, Commercial Law, International Law, Criminal Law).
• Proactive mindset, eager to learn, thorough attention to detail, and strict adherence to client confidentiality.
• Time commitment: Minimum 3 - 4 sessions per week (flexible scheduling to accommodate university timetables).
