1. Job Description

• Research case files, legal statutes, and case precedents related to civil litigation, commercial transactions, land/property, and criminal law.
• Draft professional legal documents: Petitions, complaints, depositions, formal legal opinions, commercial contracts, and corporate filings.
• Assist Partner Lawyers during litigation proceedings at Courts, People's Procuracies, Investigative Agencies, and state administrative bodies.
• Execute enterprise registrations, investment project amendments, trademark protections, and statutory sub-licenses as assigned.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from recognized law universities (Hanoi Law University, HCMC Law University, VNU School of Law, or accredited institutions).
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience at law firms/law offices or corporate legal departments. Completion of lawyer apprenticeship training at the Judicial Academy is a strong plus.
• Strong legal research, logical analysis, precision in legal drafting, and ability to handle timeline pressure.
• High sense of responsibility, strict client confidentiality, and exemplary professional ethics.
